SCIATICA COURSE[TYPE] NO 1
In this type due to severity of pain patient cannot relax his leg or cannot straight leg .Stiffness and contraction occur ,patient walk in bend position cannot straight his back on lying position feel more pain .Feel coldness and anxiety in comfort condition .Stiffness and numbness , crawling .Anxiety ,tiredness and pain in sleep time. MORE pain from buttock to toes. Sensation means sensory nervous system sensation increases extra ordinary .Stiffness, coldness, in body .Pain from water feel heaviness, tried, loose, paralysis, weakness, lethargy. No energy all body is sensitive to cold leg or hand cold like ice, especially all night. Patient tied his leg with cloth or bandages press. Body cold tips of finger cold like ice. Hand and feet are cold . Cold sweating, pain more from cold. Sometime numbness in toes .So patient says my legs are contract and feel numbness.

Chronic backache in lumbar region; better resting on back. Lumbago with numbness in lower
part of back and weight in pelvis.
Cramps in calves of legs and feet when in bed. Rheumatic pain in ankle joints and legs.
Intense pain along the sciatic nerve; numbness alternates with pain. Frequent pains in
calves and feet. Gouty pains in big toes. Better, drawing limbs up, flexing thigh on
abdomen. Anterior crural neuralgia (Staph). Pain in joints as if they lacked oil. Chronic muscular rheumatism of back and neck.Painful stiffness in nape of neck. Stitches and stiffness in small of back. From hard water and sudden changes of weather.
Knees stiff and painful. Hot swelling of feet. Joints red, swollen, hot, with stitches and
tearing; worse on least movement. Every spot is painful on pressure. Constant motion of left
arm and leg
3rd Type Symptoms of sciatica
Drawing pain between shoulders. Stiffness of nape. Sensation as if vertebra glided over each
Trembling of hands. Hot, sweaty hands. Rheumatic pain in left shoulder. Heaviness; paretic
feeling. Rheumatic gout, with itching. Burning in soles and hands at night. Sweat in
armpits, smelling like garlic. Drawing and tearing in arms and hands. Stiffness of knees and
ankles. Cannot walk erect; stoop-shouldered. Ganglion.
Graceful, rhythmic motions. Convulsions of upper extremities and of isolated groups of
muscles. Chorea; spasms partial, constantly changing. Violent pain in left hip. Trembling,
twitching of tendons, staggering gait
